Team roster require players signatures.   ​

 

Please note:

 

Team rosters must be complete with players signatures prior to the first game. Final rosters, including any new player additions, signatures are due prior to the second week of TBD.

 

A signature next to a player's name will signify that he has read and understood the Agreement to Participate and Release Information.  It is the coach's responsibility to see that participants are informed.  No Players, at any time, should enter the game until they have fulfilled this commitment. ​

 

The United States Over 40 Memorial Basketball League is now accepting applications for teams.   Team registrations will be accepted on a first come/first paid basis or until the league is closed.   ​
